Delivery Updates

COVID UPDATE – 20/5/21:

We are having to work with a reduced number of staff in our packing department in order to make our premises COVID secure and ensure social distancing.

We are doing everything we can by working extended hours to make sure orders are sent out as quickly as possible but would be grateful for your patience.

When stocks are depleted we will make the parts to order. Our delivery lead times will be extended when this is the case and may extend to 10 working days

As we are steadily working through our current orders we would hope this situation will improve in the near future.

Please add any definite delivery requirements to your order form and that way we can let you know in advance if they are not achievable.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

We aim to keep as many parts in stock as possible. .

When placing your order delivery charges will be applied to the price at the checkout.

If our delivery company advise us that they need to charge more for areas elsewhere we will contact you and confirm whether you wish to pay the extra or to cancel your order.

 

We welcome orders from outside mainland UK. If you need an order shipping outside the UK mainland you can choose that option at the checkout before inputting any payment information and it will give you a cost. You can then choose whether to proceed.

If you are asking for a delivery address outside the UK Tax Zone, then VAT will be removed at the Checkout. 

You need to be aware that any deliveries made outside the UK may attract additional local import duties. Unfortunately we have no control over this and they will be your responsibility to pay.

If you are unsure or need an order shipping outside the Geographical areas mentioned please email us with the part number you require and the delivery address so we can advise a correct cost including delivery.
